The main objective is to create the prototype of creative oasis of excellence. For this purpose to develop a methodology for the change and transfer of the highest competencies of Cultural and Creative industries (CCI), which could subsequently be developed through the other projects. We are talking about development of transferable skills and attitudes to open cultural systems. The metaphor “The Oasis” represents an open environment of changing and transformations of CCI competences that aims to transcend the development of applied and instrumental skills, knowledge or attitudes, and to focus on creative change and the search for an innovative path. The aim of the creative Oasis is to integrate a wide range of artistic, cultural, entrepreneurial competencies, by replacing the standard education by participatory artistic-communicative process with a whole set of methods and a broad philosophical methodology.
